By accessing or using Magnitudle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

Magnitudle is provided as a daily estimation game for personal, non-commercial use unless we clearly state otherwise.

• Use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm the platform or other users.
• Do not attempt to interfere with gameplay, authentication, leaderboards, or group features.
• Do not misuse automated tools, scripts, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.

Accounts and Groups

Some features are available only to signed-in users. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for the content you submit in profile fields or group names.

Gameplay and Availability

Magnitudle currently publishes a new question each day at midnight in your local timezone. We may change, pause, or remove any feature, score logic, leaderboard rule, or part of the service at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

The Magnitudle brand, site content, game design, and original materials made available in the app remain the property of Magnitudle or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights in the service.

Disclaimer

Magnitudle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all content will always be complete or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnitudle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, or access arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
